professionals gain access. As of now, this provider of remote proofing is ID.me.
Moyae supports multi-factor authentication (MFA) in the following use cases:
Optional MFA for user login — All users, including physicians, clinicians, and authorized technicians, may enable MFA for account access. MFA for login is provided via Auth0, which also serves as Moyae's authentication layer.
Required MFA for mobile prescribing — MFA is required for all e-prescribing performed on a mobile device.
Remote identity proofing — Initial credentialing for prescribers is performed via remote proofing through ID.me, which verifies eligibility of healthcare professionals prior to granting access.
In-person credentialing — As an alternative to remote proofing, Moyae staff may perform in-person identity verification with photo ID verification.
